Shipping Information
We understand you may want to receive your jewellery promptly and safely, which is why we have DHL Express as a delivery partner, who offer flexible and responsive solutions.
Changes to delivery
We shall use all reasonable effort to ship items in a timely manner to the address specified at the point of ordering. Any amendments to the Delivery Schedule shall be made by way of prior agreement between the customer and Soeurs Jewellery. If a proposed amendment to the Delivery Schedule will result in additional costs being incurred by Soeurs Jewellery such costs shall be indemnified by the Customer.
Charges
Deliver remains free of charge across a certain parameter in Dubai with charges being applied across the remaining Emirates and internationally, fees are chargeable upon confirmation of the order and the delivery charge will be applied at the checkout based on your chosen delivery address.
Insurance
Additionally, should customers wish to protect their delivery an insurance premium will be applicable and payable upon request. For customers who do not protect their delivery, the delivery partner and Soeurs Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been shipped.
Timing
Except where stated, standard shipping is within five to seven days of ordering fashion items. Please note, for fine jewellery shipping will only take place after the items have been made, therefore please factor in two to six weeks depending on the item. Note, at certain times of the year these timings may vary. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered to by Soeurs Jewellery you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.
Delivery location and acceptance
In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items(s).
Please note that where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery or make contact and re-arrange delivery. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. Please note that if you order several items for delivery to the same address, they may be despatched separately, and we cannot guarantee delivery on the same day.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform in our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL (whichever options are available).
We cannot deliver to select U.S. Territories. We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.
Duties & Taxes
Shipping costs shown at the time of order placement is inclusive of duties and taxes, however additional customs charges may apply at your home country for which any additional payments will be borne by the customer. Any changes to the order's ship-to address after the product has shipped may result in additional fees charged by the courier.
International Customs
All shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delays caused by customs processing and any additional custom charges that may be applied post leaving our workshop.
Force majeure event
